Posting the vacancy

After two weeks posting closes and we review the resumes of all candidates who applied.

The top qualified candidates are shortlisted and contacted by us for inviting to the interview.

Interview and Reference check

Interviews take place on the date and time confirmed with candidates and include 20-30 minutes written tests as well. We expect shortlisted candidates to come to the interview with the copy of all documents that support the resume.

After the interview we select the person we would like to move forward with and contact him to request permission for reference check.

Job Offer

A written offer letter and welcome package is sent to the most successful candidate
